STEPS TO BECOMING A VOLUNTEER

You can experience a Volunteer Orientation online.

Online: Click on the "Become a Volunteer" button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.  Fill out the registration form and click "Submit".

You will then take a short online orientation and quiz, which will enable you to immediately sign up for upcoming build events.  Once you pass the quiz, please click on the “Affiliate Waiver” link, print out the document and complete it.  Then, just bring that with you the next time you volunteer with us.

Completing those steps will enable you to immediately sign up for upcoming build events. 

Please note that all volunteers must be 16 years of age and older.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
1. Habitat Volunteers MUST be at least 16 years of age in order to volunteer on our job site.

2. Habitat Volunteers MUST be at least 18 years of age to do ANY ROOF WORK or OPERATE ANY POWER TOOL;

3. Habitat groups made up of youth under the age of 18 MUST have one chaperone per 5 young adults. Please verify that your group will be adequately supervised. Without proper supervision your group may be asked to leave the site for safety reasons.
